It's all in the Timing

The most precious commodity in my life, by far, is Time.

Time, after all, is all I've got. And if you think about it, it's all you have, too. Everything we do involves time, in one-way or another. Sometimes we use it well, sometimes, not so well. Some of us go through time without any consciousness or deliberation, until we wake up one day and realize that much time has passed, or worse, that we're out of time.

Others embrace the time they have, celebrate life, live in the present, enjoy their time here.

So my pearl of wisdom to you is this: One Essence of Life is Time.

We make time, take time, give time, spend time, manage time and waste time.

We tell time, have time (or don't), enjoy time together, squeeze a little more time, rush time, take our time, and sometimes take our time for granted.

After all, at any given point in time, or moment in time, time flies, time is money, time is of the essence, time was, time will be…tea time, party time, sleep time, play time… time in…time out… that's time.

Time and again we hear that there's not enough time, its nearly time, time's up, time's out, time's over; there's no time, there's nothing but time, there's plenty of time, it's about time, it's the right time, it's timely.

We all know it's important to use your time (wisely, of course), because everything, it seems, is time tested, time sensitive, on time, out of time or well-timed. There's time and space, borrowed time, time passed, time slipping by, even time in a bottle.

It's time to tie all this together. Ready?

These are the best of times, and there's nothing but time ahead for you --good times, and bad times, too. So take your time to really get to know your self, family and friends, and find new respect every day—time is on your side.

On the other hand, you think you have plenty of time, and just about the time you think it's the right time to pay attention to time, you'll be out of time in no time.

So ... take my advice: "Use your time well"

Make Time for yourself,
Spend Time with your friends,
Waste Time for the hell-of-it,
Give Time to your community, and
Take Time to enjoy each other and smell the roses.
Because as Time passes,
every moment in Time becomes more precious ...
And there's no time to lose!
