Here are some documents we might use in our coaching together. Some of them have been borrowed, with permission, directly from other coaches. Others have been developed, modified or tweaked by Touchstone Coaching. All of them can move you forward on your path to create the life you want for yourself.
For new clients, before our Discovery Session please download the documents in the Touchstone Discovery Packet. Instructions are included in the introductory letter I will send you off-line. Please note that the contract you see here is a sample. The one we sign together will be specific for you.
For existing clients, or curious seekers, Coaching Documents contains an assortment of planning forms that could support you on your quest. At times in our coaching, I might direct you to one of these for part of your homework.
