Here are some documents we might use in our coaching together. They are all designed to be part of the process to move you forward on your path to create the life you want for yourself.
For new clients, before our Discovery Session please download the documents in the Touchstone Discovery Packet. Instructions are included in the introductory letter already sent to you. Please note that the contract you see here is a sample. The one we sign together will be specific for you.
For existing clients, or curious seekers, Coaching Documents contains an assortment of planning forms that could support you on your quest. At times in our coaching, we might direct you to one of these for part of your homework.
